Impact

Honest about where we are, clear about where we are going

Plans

What we are building next

These are BAN’s development priorities, separate from current delivery and achieved results.

  1. Launch structured membership across Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire

  2. Develop career, enterprise, wellbeing and community-contribution activities

  3. Build a volunteer mentor and relocation-buddy network

  4. Introduce outcome tracking and programme feedback across all activities

BAN is strengthening its evidence base through community consultation, programme feedback and outcome tracking. Updated results will be published as evidence becomes available.
